Please note the driveway is a shared driveway, and that Graceland Ave is a main street, so you must be ok with that. Excellent public and private options for education is available, with both Maine West (public), Notre Dame College Prep (private), and Willows Academy (private) all being highly ranked school systems. There are two beautiful lakes nearby, with Lake Park being a local favorite for picnics and Belleau Lake for fishing. Although Des Plaines is a suburb, this location is incredibly convenient. Metra is only a 10 min walk away, which allows you to be downtown in about 30 min. Jewel-Osco, Shop and Save, Aldi's, are all within 10 min walking distance. Allstate Arena, Rosemont Fashion Outlets, O'hare Airport, Rivers Casino are all within a 10 min drive.
